Does the app require installation?＋
No. Releases are portable ZIP archives. Extract the complete archive and run GenshinPiano.exe.
Why should I avoid Program Files?＋
Settings, logs, update caches, and add-ons live beside the app, while Program Files normally blocks standard-user writes.
Which score formats are supported?＋
You can edit .gpiano projects and import MIDI, MusicXML, and legacy .GenshinPiano scores.
Does it control the game automatically?＋
Only after you start playback. Keyboard input is sent only while a supported game window is in the foreground; losing focus pauses playback.
Is OCR required?＋
No. OCR is an optional, separately downloaded add-on.
Are update packages verified?＋
Yes. Packages are checked with SHA-256 and an RSA signature before installation.
How do I report a problem?＋
Keep the relevant files from the logs folder and open an issue on GitHub.
